EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

The user is obligated to indemnify "Roll Ball" from all third-party claims filed in conjunction with user violations of "Roll Ball’s" GT&Cs and assume all costs incurred by the provider, including those for legal representation, if the user is responsible for the violations.
